Afternoon all
Who decided to keep kids off school for 6 weeks!? Teachers, thats who! If theyre not striking they are having 'Teacher Training days' or Half Terms etc!
My poor Molly moon missed the last 2 days in her reception class as she has Tonsillistis AGAIN! It must be about 4/5 times this year now and she wont be referred to ENT untill she has it at least 6 times a year. So she has to be in pain, miss school, feel crap and take horrible medicine at least 6 times a year before they might refer her! Yeah Cheers NHS.
After Harry Bo being in hospital last Sunday and Molly Moon poorly this week, i'm sitting writing this drinking a Lemsip, just to be on the safe side! lol Just waiting for Navy boy to get Man Flu now!
Me & Moonie have just been on a long walk, luckily we walked far enough to get to her Nanny's house so we got a lift (& McFlurry) back! Result! So glad they were in else it would have been a bitch of a walk back!
Its me & Navy boys anniversary tomorrow, 7 years Married! 7 year itch?? Nah, we're a strange couple! but no matter how much I moan about him, it seems to work well! We are so skint this month after going to Butlins that we havint even got each other a card! Although Molly has managed to get us all an invite to his parents tomorrow for Sunday Dinner! One of my Father-in-Laws Roast Beef dinners is more than enough for me for our anniversary! YUM!
Navy boy upset me this morning. He didnt mean to, he was just telling me when he'll be away on ship next year and it works out he misses both kids birthdays, my 30th Birthday and our Anniversary, funnily enough he is home for his birthday though! lol. I was expecting a bit of a fuss for my 30th but not now I guess!
I missed a delivery twice this week. I think it was my freebie to review so you'll have to wait till next time for the review and links etc.
YUK! Why is it one minute Lemsip is too hot to drink then a second later it is too cold and rank to drink! I managed to down the rest of mine though! YUK!
Got my registration details for applying for a Council house this week, mega quick! I have to wait till next thurs before I have apply (if there are any we like) Scary quick! Havnt really said anything to Molly yet as dont want to worry her about leaving her school etc.
Anyway, gotta go now as tea soon.

Freebie!
Yay!
I got an email today saying I was to recieve this cute little 'High Tea Shape Matching' Set. Its a bit girlie for Harry, But It has shapes you have to match which he will like whereas Molly will love the tea set aspect of it, So everyones a winner! lol
As soon as I recieve it I will let the kids play it (I might have a little go too) then write my review. Feel like i'm getting into this blogging a bit more now. Although I have not written on here much and not for a while either.
So, as for my PND. I feel a bit Blah at the moment! Things still arent going right in life (No job, friends etc) and kids are still pains but I guess my Prozac is working as I'm getting through everyday withouth wanting to throw myself in front of a car, so Bonus!
As you may notice, I like to joke my way through things. I find it easier sometimes.
Last week I had 2 job interviews set up. Tuesdays one come along and i'll be buggered if I can find the place (this has happened once in the past too) So I get really mad with myself and cry all the way home! Thursdays comes and I know where to go this time, although my car has other ideas and wont start!! I swear I'm not suppose to have a job down here. Someone is seriously looking down on me and having a laugh! So instead of crying this time, I spend the rest of the afternoon laughing, or I will cry!
After all these failures I decided to put in for a council house nearer my family in Cambs and this time Hubby agreed I may have more luck up there.
This morning a letter arrives to say my application has been accepted and I just need to forward a few more docs! Bloody hell that was quick! God, its scary now that I might be moving! The only thing holding me back is the thought of taking Molly out of a school she likes. But she'll be ok, so everyone tells me! I need to do whats right for me for a change, and Hubby is away at Sea next year so I could do with my family around me!
Had to go to hospital last night as my little Harry had tummy/chest pains and a REALLY high temp. Obviously bcoz they cant find anything physicaly wrong with him, its a 'virus' His temp went well about 40.5C last night before he got bored of having it taken, so I wonder what it would have gone up to!!

Butlins July 2011
Ok, First things first. NO amount of Prozac on earth could make me a Red Coat. They are FAR too happy. Do they get brain washed when they get employed or something?
We booked Standard Self Catering Accommodation and I actually found it below Standard. The windows have so many Cobwebs I thought they were preparing for Halloween! The carpet was SO grubby and my feet were black. Left on the floor were random things like a Hair clip and a Safety pin (thats great to leave on the floor with kids around) The Bathroom wasnt great, the corners were dirty and hairy! And the amount of Fag butts around was gross! Oh and the Duvet was 2 foot longer than the cover! Weirdos!
My top tips to survive Butlins - Insect repellent as I have got SO many bites, your own cleaning kit and unless you only want a fry up or cereal for Breakfast, Go self catering!
Luckily the Entertainment was good and above everything else, the kids enjoyed themself and thats what matters! This was our 3rd trip and I'm not sure we'll book a family Holiday again next year!

But George always says Dinosaur for everything!
ARGH! I thought I'd got away with watching, I mean Listening to Peppa Pig after Moonie grew out of it but NO, little ol' Bo has decided to become obsessed with it now! grrr, kids! He is currently in bed watching it now! Oh well, a few more years.......!
So I've had a busy day. Since Moonies teachers decided to have a day off, sorry, strike (whatever) She stayed at her Nanny's last night, so I didnt have he to worry about. Bo is pretty easy going like his Dad but decided to get up at 4.30am as he had soaked through his nappy. Well he does drink for England!
He went back down foe a nap about 8.45am. I didn't realise it was so early as I had already done about 3 loads of washing and out some out on the line! I managed to catch up with all my blogging emails then had to wait for my Tesco Home Delivery between 10 & 11am! I fell asleep about 10.45am! Typical! Luckily Bo woke up about 10mins later. The delivery came about 5 mins later, phew! Although tonight I REALLY wish I had ordered some naughty food to snack on as Navy boy is out on a work do, so it's just me and my bottle of Gallo Family, White Grenach Rose Wine (double yum)
Little Bo peep went to pre-school at 1pm, no crying or anything today bless hin. They informed me he has been going for 6 weeks!! It's never been that long? Surely! He only goes Tues & Thurs afternoons, to a Royal Navy pre-school up my road!
Why is it, when you FINALLY have time on your own and have plans, someone holds you up! grr again!
So, I finally get to town (yay) and get Hubbys birthday present. I would say what it is but I wont on some off chance he might actually read this! (doubtful) lol
I'm an idiot. As usual i've parked in the car park at the opposite end of town to the shops I need. Oh well, think of the exercise. What is it with town today? I seem to be playing 'Dodge the Market Reasearcher' So here's me, Power walking through down, hairs blowing in the wind. And when I say hairs, I mean the patch I missed when shaving my left Leg! So my hairs are blowing and the Researchers or whatever they do are looking at me like Prey so I look down and put a look on my face that makes them think I'm gonna throw up! They soon leave me and my hairy leg patch alone! Maybe they were researching Waxing!
I got everything I needed and a little treat for my Moonie. I head back up hill (grr hills) to the car park, with a detour to Shakeaway Milkshake shop! (yum) I havnt had one for a while so today I go for a Medium Choc Fudge Brownie with Peanut Butter, or as it tasted, just Peanut butter! Was lush though! Although by the time I get back to the car park i'm red faced and sweaty! Nice!
Shite! There is a hold up in the car park and everyone starts beeping there horns. I've gotta pick Bo up from prepschool at 3.30 and its nearly 3pm! I phone hubby to arrange picking him up as i'm finally moving. Took 25 mins to get out the car park! grr again
I get Bo on time, although with lighter pockets after paying his fees. Moonie finally comes home just as her Dad is off out.
Now is Wine Time! There isnt much left in my bottle to be fair. I havnt had any in weeks so i'm allowed! Kids are in bed and there is no sound from Bo although Moonie has decided to come and interupt me 'blogging/watching Desperate Housewives' So now i'm being subjected to 'Ben & Hollys little Kingdon' Which I dont know if anyone has noticed, but there are the same voices from Peppa Pig! ARGH!!!!

Feeling a bit BLAH!
I'm feeling a bit BLAH today! Cant explain it, probably bcoz I didnt take my Prozac last night (bcoz its decided to mstart giving me REALLY bad acid) so I need to go back to the doctors for new meds. Boo
I fell out with the Wii fit this morning, we wont be talking for a while. My scales on the otherhand are my best friends! They said i'd lost another lb, whereas the Wii Fit says I put on a lb. LIAR! It'll do anything to make me buy more fitness games!
I have just joined the Brit Mummy Bloggers. I'm hoping to gain some more followers and maybe some friends. I wonder when I'll actually have some real life friends though! I'd give anything to go back 10 years, miss all my old mates and my old mates from the RAF days!
My little Moonie is staying at Nanny & Grandads tonight, seeing as her Teachers are on strike tomorrow (yeah thanks) so she is there tonight & tomorrow. And there she is now on the phone to her Daddy. Write of the devil and she shall phone!
So tomorrow, Bo goes to Pre-school in the afternoon which means I get to go out, shopping ON MY OWN!!! YAY!!! Excited much! Gotta buy the Navy boy a birthday present, might have to treat myself to cheer me up too obviously!
This week has been crap on the job front. Not a lot around this week so not many applied for! grr. I want a job so much. I have an open evening for jobs at the place my Mother-in-law works tomorrow so we'll see. On a plus side, I have an interview to do my Science GCSE again, at college the end of next month. Hope that'll be ok. Need to get my teeth into something!
Anyway I've badgered on enough now, and there are good things on tv to watch.

Let's Get Physical, Physical!
I think I may die by the end of the day! I need wine!
Ok, maybe an exaggeration there. I am trying to lose weight and get fit. I used to be in the RAF and was nice and slim & fit then, until Child 1 came along!
Me and the Wii are friends now, as it told me this morning I had lost 3lbs! Woohoo! Good start. I also did 30mins exercise on it after that. It must have put me in a good mood to do 30 mins!
I have also been drinking water all day. Ok I had a cheeky half of Shandy earlier, but how could I not in this weather, its gorgeous today!
So this afternoon, Me, Navy boy and the Kids, Moon & Bo (thats not their actual names, I'm not THAT weird. Its their nicknames) we out so the kids could go on their scooters. It was the first time Bo had been on his scooter, even though he's had it since before his birthday in May! (Thanks Aunty Chunky)
I got some Lovely pics of them riding and runing around. I might put some on here soon as soon as I put them onto my computer!
Just noticed that my Mum has now joined me here, Grandma Moon. Silly bugger. She calls me 'Little girl' and I call her 'Little Mum' Well she is about 3ft tall! Ok 5ft, but thats pushing it!
Back out into the Garden to cut the Navy Boys hair, I should get paid for this. The kids are happily playing in the scrap yard that is our garden at the moment.
Earlier me and Moonie were digging in the garden, getting our Veg and/or flower patch ready, when she decided to start collecting Worms. What a delight! Whereas Bo got excited when he got a Ladybird on his hand and ran in to tell his dad when it flew away. Not that his dad understood what he was shouting about, I had to translate. I'm getting good at 2 year old language now! Almost Fluent! Oh, and Moonie has decided she wants to start learning about God! Right, 1 Bible coming up then I guess!
Now Daddy is making the kids dinner whilst I sit here typing, wondering why my son has taken his shorts off, again! Little perv! Might do some more on the Wii later, although I'm quite chilled out now after a nice shower!. (Ok, Now Bo is standing, half naked, on the Sofa shouting "Two, Three, Two, Three" The only numbers he can really say at the moment. Never a dull moment with him)
did I mention, I want some Wine? Oh well, Holiday in a week, woohoo!!

First Blog!
So, this is a Blog eh?
My Mum advised me to start 'blogging' after reading about it in the paper. Who would have thought a middle aged women would advise a 20 something about 'blogging'
I'm still not sure about it. Who wants to read about my life and goings on? I guess we'll soon see!
